We sell to food banks the same way we sell to anyone else: directly, without a broker in the middle taking a cut of food that is going to a family.
Canned goods and dry packaged foods are the backbone of hunger relief: they store, they travel, they survive a distribution network that does not always have refrigeration, and they turn into a meal without much else in the cupboard. That happens to be most of what we make.
So this is not a side programme bolted onto the business. It is the same product, the same production, and the same trucks, sold to a buyer whose margin pressure is more serious than everyone else's.
Tell us what your network moves, in what formats, and on what cadence. We will tell you what we can supply and what it takes. If the answer is that someone else can serve you better on a given item, we will say that too.
